A three-time CIO of the Year (GCC), Jay is known for his ability to align technology with boardroom ambition. He currently serves as a Fractional CIO and holds Director Board roles within multiple organizations, helping them navigate the evolving landscape of digital disruption.

As the Co-Founder & CEO of F9 Infotech, he leads F9’s global operations, expanding its footprint across multiple geographies and delivering cutting-edge solutions in multi-cloud and cybersecurity. Beyond F9, Jay serves as the President of the CIO Association, UAE, one of the most influential leadership forums in the world for technology executives. With over 13 years of experience spanning infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, and multi-cloud transformation, Rajesh has played a pivotal role in shaping the technology landscape for businesses across the Middle East, India, and beyond.

As the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of F9 Infotech, Rajesh leads the company’s technology vision and innovation strategy. Bijukumar Pillai is a visionary and results-driven finance leader with over 25 years of experience leading financial strategy, transformation, and performance across a range of industries including advertising, media, contracting, trading, and pharmaceuticals. As the Chief Financial Officer of F9 Infotech, he is responsible for steering the company’s global financial strategy, capital structure, and risk governance—fueling its growth across countries with rigor and foresight.

Biju brings deep expertise in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, business turnaround, due diligence, capital planning, financial restructuring, and performance management. He has led large-scale transformation initiatives, designed robust internal control frameworks, and partnered with executive leadership to align financial operations with long-term business objectives.

His track record includes leading complex financial programs across multinational environments, optimizing cost structures, improving working capital efficiency, and driving process reengineering initiatives that strengthen financial discipline and operational agility.

Manjusha Jayakumar is the Chief People Officer at F9 Infotech and a member of its Board of Directors, leading the company’s global people strategy, culture, and leadership development agenda. With over 20 years of experience across academia and technology, she brings a unique blend of people leadership and strong technical grounding. She has held leadership roles in academia, including heading the Computer Science department, where she played a key role in developing talent and driving academic excellence.

A research scholar currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Manjusha is focused on integrating emerging technologies with people practices to build agile, future-ready organizations. At F9 Infotech, she works closely with the executive leadership and board to drive strategic workforce transformation, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and position the company as an employer of choice across global markets.

Director - Cloud Presales and Delivery

Sherin Shahanas is a seasoned cloud leader and technology strategist, currently serving as Director for Cloud Presales & Delivery at F9 INFOTECH in Dubai. With over 8 years of experience across multi-cloud consulting, solution architecture, and enterprise delivery, he specializes in helping organizations navigate complex digital transformation journeys.

Sherin brings deep expertise in multi-cloud platforms, security, and managed services, with a strong focus on designing scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions. His career spans leadership roles at Consulting Industry, where he led high-impact engagements across presales, delivery, and customer success.

A Multi-Cloud certified professional (including Solutions Architect - Professional and Security Specialty), Sherin combines technical depth with strategic thinking to drive customer value, operational excellence, and long-term partnerships. He is also an active contributor to the cloud community, frequently speaking on topics like cloud security, DevOps, and AI-driven architectures.
