Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Pre-Sales & Delivery Lead with deep AWS solution architecture expertise, strong leadership abilities, and experience managing international clients. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, pre-sales acumen, and team leadership to drive cloud transformation initiatives for global customers.

The ideal candidate will lead pre-sales discussions, design scalable AWS solutions, estimate costs, and manage a technical delivery team. This position also involves international travel for client meetings, workshops, and project engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales & Solution Design:

• Engage with enterprise and international clients to assess cloud requirements and propose tailored AWS solutions.
• Design scalable, secure, and cost-optimized AWS architectures aligned with best practices.
• Develop detailed solution proposals, including architecture diagrams, technical roadmaps, and implementation strategies.
• Conduct AWS Well-Architected Reviews and provide recommendations for performance, security, and cost optimizations.
• Prepare cloud cost estimates, TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) analysis, and ROI models for AWS solutions.
• Lead technical demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and client workshops to showcase AWS capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and executive teams to create compelling AWS solution proposals and RFP responses.Cloud
  Delivery & Team Leadership:
• Lead a team of cloud engineers, architects, and DevOps professionals in delivering AWS solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end cloud project execution, ensuring quality, security, and compliance with customer requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cloud engineers and junior architects.
• Drive AWS solution implementations, including cloud infrastructure provisioning, automation, and security hardening.
• Ensure adherence to cloud governance, security, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with international clients to align cloud strategies with business objectives.
• Travel for client meetings, conferences, and on-site workshops across regions (APAC, EMEA, North America).

✅ Containers & Orchestration: Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, ECS, Fargate
✅ Monitoring & Logging: CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray, AWS Systems Manager, ELK Stack

Skills & Experience:

✔ Proven experience leading technical teams and managing people effectively.
✔ Strong experience working with international clients and cross-cultural teams.
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex AWS solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
✔ Ability to travel internationally for client engagements, workshops, and conferences.
