Senior Executive – HR & Admin
Overview
We are looking for a candidate for a position of Senior Executive – HR & Admin role, which involves handling both human resource functions and administrative duties at a senior level. This position requires experience in HR recruitment, operations, compliance, and office management while also ensuring smooth day-to-day administration.

Experience Level:
- 5+ Years
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
- Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
- Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
- Drive performance appraisals and training & development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Foster employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR):
Administration (Admin):
- Manage office operations, including vendor coordination and facility maintenance.
- Oversee procurement and inventory of office supplies.
- Handle travel bookings, logistics, and event coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to administration.
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for HR & admin functions.
- Support leadership with reports and data analysis related to HR and operations.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR and administration roles.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office tools.
